A protocol was signed between Dr. Ahmet Savaşan, President of the Health Council, and Ambassador Prof. Dr. Düsen Kasseinov, the former Minister of Culture of Kazakhistan, the 14 member states of TURKSOY (International Organization of Turkic Culture) including Turkey, Russia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhistan, Kyrgizistan, Turkmenistan and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) for the development of mutual cooperation in health at the ceremony held in Nicosia Merit Hotel. Dr. Remzi Gardiyanoğlu, President of Freelancer Doctors Union, and Timur B. Davletov, Specialist on Siberia, attended to the ceremony.
